Shane Fry, AIA, joined Brownhouse in 2004 and became co-owner in 2012. Prior to joining Brownhouse, Shane worked in the graphic arts industry. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. While at Brownhouse Shane has designed and managed hundreds of new and renovation projects. Ranging from multi million dollar high rise condominiums to small boutique retail and restaurant environments. Shane skillfully guides the client through the challenges of city and neighborhood approval processes, site complications, and competitive bidding. Laurel and Shane form a dynamic design team, each bringing unique talents to the firm’s work.
