4 Buildings house 132 Units, consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as over 10,000 square feet of commercial space. This unique infill project was a collaboration between the City of Verona and the developer which took the space of a decommissioned elementary school. The space was planned to blend multiple functions; living, shopping, and a large park area which houses event space.
